Private suite with deck that overlooks the harbor includes private bathroom. Breakfast goodies available for your enjoyment!! Spacious room with cathedral ceilings located in a picturesque seaside area with beaches, golf and fabulous restaurants!! I supply shampoo, conditioner and give you with a homemade Artisan soap and body butter! Rhode Island is a "Funsize" state with lots to do! I always have the latest and greatest information on whats going on in RI!

Private suite with deck that overlooks the harbor. Located in Warwick Neck, RI. The fall months are beautiful in New England. There are fairs, festivals and all sorts of activities, not to mention the beautiful foliage! I always have suggestions and literature to help you with your choices. I provide breakfast goodies which will be available in my kitchen. There is a cozy area for you to eat or you are welcome to bring it to your room. We are driving distance to Newport RI, Cape Cod, MA , Boston , MA and Mystic, CT. P
I live on site and are usually around. I am happy to give local advice. I am usually around on weekends but if I'm not here there will be a continental breakfast selection for you.
The neighborhood is quiet and has many back roads to walk on in the morning or evening. At the top of the street is a pier that's nice to sit on and watch the boats go by!
Please do not bring guests on the deck or into your room as there is access to my home through your room. Also remember to leave the key in the lockbox for the next guest or there will be a $20 fee.

You are welcome to use the refrigerator or freezer to store any food you may have. You can use the microwave and toaster. I ask that you don't use the stove or oven. Just leave the dishes next to the sink and I will take care of them! Please do not take any dishes off the property. Please do not bring guests into your room or on the deck as your room has access to our home.

If you like hiking or biking this is a beautiful area for both. RI has fabulous bike paths
Please note that I do have a small dog. He is hyper-allergenic. I do not allow him to bother you and he is kept in a crate if I am not home.
