Her price reflects her nearly ( she has no electricity or running water yet) complete state. The Seer is currently all about the "experience" with her commanding view of Barkley Sound and solitude.
There's an outdoor bbq with side burner with propane included. Cookware, etc is available upon request.
There's a propane heater available for $25/ tank.
There's also an outdoor firepit, we have firewood available for purchase for $15/ milk crate.
