Gorgeous one bed one bath condo plus memory foam sleeper sofa located in prime area of beautiful McCall. Full custom kitchen ready for use. Comfortable living area with electric fireplace. Small private balcony. This condo is located on the second floor. There is a Tennis court, a day use area with a grill(propane should be available but I cannot guarantee this), AC during summer months(I turn it off when comfortable). Private parking space. Extra parking usually available on side of complex.

There are two doors entering the condo which are guarded by two very handsome nomes. The left side door leads to the main part of the place and the right door leads to a locked unoccupied bedroom
