The apartment (36 sqm) is part of a new building construction that is located on a hillside, therefore panoramic and more ventilated, but at the same time a short distance from the village, the beaches and all services! Castelsardo is just 15 minutes driving. The beaches of Gallura area can be reached in about 40 minutes. The nearest beach is just 7 Km away.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is also the top floor (NO ELEVATOR) and it consists of:
+++ LIVING AREA with:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction cooking panel, Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, a Moka coffee maker .. dishes, stoves and everything needed for cooking and to eat your meals (even in the terrace).
- TV
- Air Conditioned
- Double Sofa bed for two people (Maybe better one adult or 2 children).
- Access to the BALCONY equipped with table, chairs and small sofa.
+++ DOUBLE BEDROOM with:
- 1 double bed (Queen Size)
- Wardrobe
- Air Conditioned
+++ 1 BATHROOM accessible from the living area with:
- Shower
- Washing machine
- Bidet
- Washbasin
- WC
Private parking available.
You will also find a very small pool NOT ALWAYS open. In case it's to share with the neighbors. There is no lifeguard so in case of children you have to look after them and not leave them alone in that area.
Armored door and new fixtures. You won't feel like you're in a "sea house" but in a comfortable apartment of a city. The view from your windows will remember you about the fact that you are in Sardinia ;)
Washing machine at your disposal in the apartment. There is no dryer machine but you can easily dry your clothes on the terrace wires.

The apartment is entirely at your 100% private disposal. You are allowed to use everything you'll find inside. Private parking at your free disposal. Please select the right number of guests during booking procedures.

- Heating (During Winter or when season will require... maybe from December to March)
- Private parking
(In case of stays longer than 7 nights, we will provide you with an additional change of bed and bath linen directly left in your apartment so you'll be able to replace them by yourselves in the middle of your stay or when you will prefer).

My family and I We live in Tuscany, upon arrival you will find our friend Pinuccia who live in Badesi to receive you. After a booking we will send to you number of Pinuccia. Please send her a message or a Whatsapp almost 2 days before of your check in date to advise her about the arrival time and please keep her updated in case of delay and so on. It's very important. Usual check in time is between 2 / 2,30 pm and 8 / 8,30 pm, in case of different arrival times please ask us before make a confirmation.
