5 minutes from Rice Lake. Very large 1400 sq ft upper 2br furnished apartment overlooking beautiful Red Cedar River. Large kitchen & living room, 2 large bedrooms, full bath, DVD player, 2 flat screen TV's and an electric fireplace. River is great for canoeing and tubing. Canoes and tubes available upon request. Campfire/seating area right by water! Many outdoor activities nearby, see neighborhood overview below.

Freshly remodeled apartment, we try hard to keep it very clean. Since Covid we run an ozone machine between guests to destroy any virus. We use only 100 % cotton sheets and mostly natural cleaners. It's a wonderful spot we fell in love with when we bought this place about 15 years ago. River frontage with no other homes in view when sitting by the edge of the water. Enjoy a canoe trip during the day, then sit by a campfire in the evening. Drink your morning coffee sitting on the dock. It's just very special!

Entire separate apartment is yours to enjoy. We occupy the attached home. We each have our own areas of the yard to use - right on the river! We may see each other coming and going, but do not share the same spaces and have separate entrances.

Off street parking for 2 vehicles. About 5 minutes from town. The river is only about 2-4' deep depending on how much rain we've had recently. Fun spot for kids to play. Young children should be supervised when in or near the water. We are close enough to town for some places to deliver food.

Rice Lake is a nice little town of around 8,000 people, and it has a good amount of stores & businesses because it supports a large surrounding rural area. There are lots of fun things to do in the area. 20 minutes from us are 3 cross-country ski trail systems and a small ski hill. We are right on a snowmobile trail. Good fishing and ice fishing on local nearby lakes. Lots of ATV and hiking trails nearby. We have a garage full of tools and could help with light repairs on snowmobiles/ATVs. It is a popular vacation spot.

My wife and I have been married for 24 years, we have one grown son. We are small business owners in Rice Lake WI. We have a Great Dane named Hank and we enjoy outdoor activities.
