It overlooks the sea and has a place that not all units of the complex count on: a large terrace with a table and three seats to enjoy the evening or breakfast in the morning, a highlight for the guests along with the decoration, equipment and WIFI.

Modern and complete equipment and elegant decoration that includes: Queen size bed with box and mattress of 1.60 x 2.00 m. to store the annoying luggage, an additional single bed, air conditioning, glass shower screen in the bathroom, own free WiFi in the apartment, 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix, FOX and YouTube, 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, appliances and kitchen utensils.
It is ideal for 2 or 3 people who can eat sitting in the kitchen peninsula with 4 bar style chairs or if you prefer on the terrace with a table and 3 chairs.
It has good acoustic closure and double curtain for a different privacy: roller and black out.
