Fully equipped kitchen with european standard kitchenwear, bedsheets and towels.
Lovely area and the house is secured with codelock systems, cameras and a guarddog.
Sittingarea in the garden with barbeque.
Free pick up to beach every day in season. (now forbidden due to the pandemi)

Hürrem Apartments is close to all facilities, but still the neighbourhood is quiet at night.
You can get pick up service from most places outside your preferred walking distance.
Five min walk to Mc Donalds, Burger King, LC Waikiiki, banks and some of the restaurants in the area. Two minutes walk to minibus, more restaurants, shops and other facilities.
There are several beaches within a fifhteen minutes walk, about 20 to the gate in Antik Side. Free pick up every day to the beach.
Novamall is 10 min with minibus or about 40 min walk.
Manavgat city centre is about 15 min with the bus.
Airport is about 50 min with taxi or transfer.

There is one locked storage room in the apartment, but do not access it during rental periods.
Side has very high humidity and is a bit windy all year long, also very hot in August, just for your information.
If anything you need is missing, please let me know, Ill try to help you the best I can.
Ill assist with booking transfer, car rentals, restaurants and activities like horseriding, watersports and sightseeing.
House rules :
1. This is a quiet house, so from booth garden and apartment there must be no load noise between 2200 and 0600.
2. It's not allowed to interact with the guard dog/s in the garden, they are trained to not interact with the guests and just want to relax.
3. Guests may not receive guests
4. Smoking is prohibited in the hole house, only allowed on the balconies and the garden
5. Door codes must not be shared with others.

Hürrems roof apartment is the whole top floor of our families newly renovated apartment building. We rent it out on a weekly basis when we are not using it our selves. Hürrem is a mother of two and studying at the moment. She is a very engaged vegan and has a great focus on taking care of our environment. I am her mother, living here (downstairs) full time. I will be the one who welcomes you and helps you make your holiday comfortable. Our guests are welcome to use our garden. This is where I spend most of my time, with my animals, creative projects and plants.
