*NOTE: There is a no pets policy because the host is allergic and their elderly, hypoallergenic dog loves people but not other animals. Many places nearby to board pets.

Private, spacious corner room with king-size bed that was recently renovated with handmade coastal blue headboard, fashioned from an antique door. Wall-mounted T.V. with cable and wifi for streaming favorite movies and shows. Room 2 overlooks the backyard, equipped with a tree fort, patio seating, hammock, grill and fire pit.

Reservation is for 1 private, locking room. Free parking on-site. Shared living spaces include kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, 2 full baths, as well as the Magnolia and Live Oak tree shaded yard.

1. Smoking allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. Smoking area is located on the back patio. Please dispose of discarded cigarettes in the designated crock.
2. NO PETS. We have a no pets policy for two reasons: I am allergic, and I have a small, elderly (hypoallergenic) dog that loves people but not other animals. There are many places in the area that boards pets.
3. Quiet time is 10:00 pm until 10:00 am.
