You will be living within the safety of a 24 hour manned security Marina, where the house leads out onto a water canal with its own jetty.
This is a relaxed holiday styled house and is fitted and furnished accordingly.
There is filtered tank water 💧 on the premises which is pumped into the house if the municipal water goes off.
Close by, you have some of the most beautiful beaches.

Guests can park in front of the garage where there is ample place for 2 cars and possibly 3.
This home on the canal is very conducive to bringing your own boat.

Guests can access through a gate from the parking in front of the house directly to the front door !

Please note on booking I will send you the following:
1. A short Tenant form which must be completed and returned to me along with copy ID documents of all guests.
2. A “Marina Noise” form,
which safeguards all Marina residents, short or long term.
The keys and security tag will be in the small safe, outside, next to the front door.
The code will be provided on booking.
Please follow my directions to the house, as the location pin on the Airb&b site shows the house location further up the road !
As you cross the 2 nd bridge turn LEFT and the house is on your immediate right, clearly marked !

I am Ronelle and would love to welcome you to our little slice of paradise ! I grew up in Port Alfred, and my husband and I live in Cape Town, we have decided to rent out our holiday home so as to share the beauty, tranquility and security of the Marina and surrounds. My favorite pass time is to go for long walks up the East Beach, traverse the waterways and go for long boat rides up the beautiful Kowie River. I pride myself and set high standards to make for a lovely stay ! Port Alfred is a peaceful little holiday resort town on the East Coast of South Africa, between Port Elizabeth and East London and is rich in history and natural beauty, magnificent beaches, a beautiful golf course and many quaint little coffee shops and pubs. I would love to host you and look forward to hearing from you soon ....
