Welcome to our beautiful, spacious home close to Cologne. It is located in a very quiet area. The train station is only a 10 min walk away and connects you to Cologne central within 12 min.
We offer you a relaxed time at our cozy, clean place with a quick access to the city.
Johann and Yannick live in the house and will be there to assist you and answer your questions.

You enjoy a freshly refurbished room on the upper floor. No one else lives on this level so you will have it all for yourself. The room is big, very bright and has a balcony looking over our lovely garden.
On the same level you find your bathroom. It was just completely redone and looks very shiny.
Downstairs we share a kitchen. You can store food in the fridge, and make use of all the tools and plates to prepare yourself a meal, or simply a coffee in the morning.
Washing machine and dryer available upon consultation.
Our location is very convenient. Pulheim is connected to the A1 & A57 motorway and very close to A4. Free parking is available on the road.
By train it's only a 12 min train journey to the center of Cologne (Cologne Main Train Station, HBF).
