The Shower has been updated with a Contemporary tile with Black Penny round floor. This unit is clean and comfortable. Just across the street from the beach. With heated pool access, hot tub and grill area. You won't find a better beach AirBNB!

This unit is pet friendly for pets 35 lbs or less. There is no fenced in yard for this unit. If you need a fenced yard please see my other listing. This unit will accommodate 4 people and a small pet. Clean simple unit close to the beach and with pool and beach access. Nothing Fancy but a great Value!

You have complete access to the amenities at the Beach Club across the street. Including Hot Tub, 2 Pools, Outdoor Grilling Area and Fitness Center. Direct Beach Access is available with beach showers. Unit is ground level and directly on Gulf Blvd. Unit has a large picture window to the main Street, tinted to provide *Parking is for 1 space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Unit is ground level with large glass windows to the main road. Windows are mirror tinted for privacy during the day and blackout curtains at night. I'm mentioning this because a couple guests were uncomfortable with this for some reason. Please see the pictures as they are accurate representation of this.
