We live in a small house, which feels more like a modern cabin surrounded by beautiful forrest. If you are lucky, you get to see some animals passing the house (mainly deers). Walking distance to town center is around 30min if you take the short cut through the forrest (summer time). Basic room in a small but charming house/cabin. We (with our cat) will be sleeping in the living room. Free parking.

Quiet area. The house is surrounded by trees. The next shop where you can buy food is 3.5km away.
We live closeby the Birkebeiner Skistadion.
Our house/cabin is a nice starting point if you plan cross country skiing. One of the popular cross country routes is >Ingalåmi<, which takes you around 15km along the Birkebeinertracks passing Sjusjøen.
If this is not enough, then you could ski from our home to Hornsjøen (hotel with a beautiful view), have something warm to drink and eat and ski back. This would give you a total skiing length of 50km (2x25km).
There is a nice Sauna about 1.8km distance from us.
