Perfect as a launching place to check out all the Bellarine has to offer. Torquay, Point Lonsdale, Queenscliffe & Barwon Heads are all around 25mins drive away.

Just recently built, your private studio space includes:
• Brand new Queen bed with fresh linen
• Air-conditioning
• Towels and face washer
• Folding table/bench with two stools (good for eating or laptop/work use)
• TV, DVD player, small radio/speaker (with Aux cable)
• A heater, electric blanket and fan
• Kitchenette (including kettle, fridge, microwave, plug-in hotplate, toaster)
• A pod coffee machine with an assortment of pods (mokka pot and plunger also provided)
• Plates, bowls, cutlery/utensils, glasses etc
• Some basics such as instant & ground coffee, tea, UHT milk, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil, as well as a few snacks to keep you going
• Private ensuite bathroom, including a lovely deep bath to relax in after a busy day
• All the bathroom basics, including a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner – and a few emergency supplies if you’ve forgotten your own
• Iron and mini ironing board
• Secluded and private outdoor table and chairs
• Free wifi
• A few books, playing cards, puzzle books etc to keep you entertained
PARKING:
Free and unrestricted street parking less than 20 metres walk from studio entrance.
Please DO NOT park in the grass space across from the Studio entrance gate. This is private property owned by my neighbour. Your car may be clamped or towed away.

This brand new self-contained studio is a ‘locked off’ and fully private section attached to the main house.
There is a shared wall, but I’m rarely home on the night of a booking.
You have your own private entrance to the studio for you to come and go as you please. Access is via a gate from the laneway running along the side of the property.
You will receive a message on check-in day with a code for the gate, and a second code for the studio entrance (the door utilises an Igloohome smart lock)
I suggest you take a screen shot of the message with the codes.
