My house has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a nice outdoor patio and garden. The neighborhood is safe, centrally located, and has good public transportation. Perfect for students and visitors. No animals or smoking please.

Please stay updated on coronavirus-related restrictions in LA and health guidelines before your stay for both our safety and to make the most out of your trip. Due to my age and previous history with pneumonia, I am at very high risk for severe illness if I get COVID-19. I will do my best to minimize any risk of spread, but I would greatly appreciate your help. I know I cannot control what you do, but wearing a mask, physically distancing whenever possible, washing/sanitizing hands frequently, and avoiding indoor spaces and large groups can help keep you, me, and the broader community safe. Thank you, stay safe, and hope to host you soon!
Due to high costs of utilities and water, I charge $10/night per extra guest.
If the confirmed guest(s) come when I am not home, I will leave the house key in the mailbox right by the front door.
