Under The Eaves Inn is surrounded by Zion National Park on three sides, less than a mile from the park entrance. It is a romantic 1931 landmark home located in the heart of Springdale, Utah offering easy access to the Park entrance, shuttle stops, shops and restaurants. There are no TV's or phones in the rooms.

It has been said that The Eaves Suite is possibly the most spectacular and spacious room in town! Covering the entire second floor (~1200 square feet) it makes an ideal romantic hideaway, honeymoon suite or family base. The Eaves Suite has lovely views of the Zion mountains to the north and south from the quaint cottage style windows and to the West through the stunning old church window. The Eaves Suite has a California King bed, a Day bed which comprises two twin beds, and an additional single twin bed, so it can comfortably accommodate five people. The suite has vaulted ceilings & contains a basic kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea kettle and coffee maker. The private bathroom has an antique painted claw-footed roll top tub with tap/mixer/European-style shower. The Tub and combined shower are tucked 'Under The Eaves'. $20 for each additional person up to a capacity of four.

In 2008 we were visiting Zion National Park and stayed at Under The Eaves. I expressed to the owner at the time how much I loved the historic home and grounds. The owner replied with, "make me an offer". It took about a year to put the deal together. We purchased the Inn in 2009 and have never looked back. We thoroughly enjoy living in Springdale and operating the longest running historic Inn in the shadow of Zion National Park. We have enjoyed meeting the thousands of people that have crossed our thresholds over the years and sharing our favorite experiences we have learned about while exploring our region of southern Utah.
