Our home is located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Our Cromer Sun Room features rolling farm land and scenic mountain views from the West and North. Conveniently located 3 miles from EMU's campus and 6 miles from JMU's campus and Downtown Harrisonburg. This single room is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and individuals passing through. Guests can anticipate a shared driveway for parking and a shared entrance. Otherwise, your space is quiet and private.

Our Sun Room is accessed through a shared back entrance of our home and directly straight ahead as you step inside the door. A private full bathroom is next to your room.

Guests have access to the Sun Room, bathroom and an open deck that faces the mountain views to the west. Two lawn chairs are available for your relaxation.

Please be aware, a small refrigerator and a coffee pot are provided in your room. There is no access to a microwave or kitchen.
No smoking in the room or on the premises.
Must be able to climb eight steps upon entering.
We have an inside-outside, free roaming Border Collie, a Cavapoo, and a cat. The Border Collie and Cavapoo will be blocked off from your entrance area. (Not so easy with the cat though you will rarely see her.)

It's a great area for biking. Our road is relatively quiet and you can enjoy a nice 1-1/2 mile stroll down our road and back. A small fresh produce market is within walking distance. Scenic views are beautiful.
