Private entrance into a clean, spacious, newly renovated studio. My home sits in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood away from the noise but close to downtown, campus, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and other amenities. Includes off-street parking.

If you prefer to walk through calm woods instead of a fairly crowded Atherton street sidewalk you can access campus, the Arboretum, the stadium, downtown, and other amenities via a wooded bike path that leads into College Heights. There are also two bus stops within a three minute walk away from my home. Also three minutes away is the North Atherton Waffle Shop, a local breakfast favorite.
