Dine in style on the large industrial table with a back drop of the sprawling golf course views.
There is a sitting room on the entry level where you can unwind with a book, or downstairs there is a large rumpus room which the whole family can enjoy. Ceiling to floor glass creates a seamless flow to the tiered outdoor decks and pool areas. The interior open plan design is complimented with the comfort of wide screen TVs, Wi-Fi and split system heating and cooling.
The bedrooms and bathrooms;
The entry level features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers the comfort of a queen size bed, WIR and ensuite. The weber BBQ is conveniently located on the upper deck with direct access to the open plan living area and kitchen. There is a single carport and large drive with parking for 3 cars.
