Due to Covid 19, the community have taken specific precautionary measures to protect the safety of everyone. Please bear with us with the following requests below:
1. All guests are required to present themselves for temperature checking upon entry to the gate/building. Those with temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius shall not be allowed entry.
2. Each guest shall submit the following:
a. Negative COVID-19 Rapid Test Results;
b. Travel History;
c. Medical Certificate from the City Health Office stating that the person was not COVID19 POSITIVE nor SUSPECT. The original Medical Certificate shall be presented to the PMO, together with a valid government-issued ID.
