The Room has a small fridge, microwave and a wall tv with cable. The private entrance, the room, the bathroom and the shower are private from the rest of the house including the living room. We offer a weekly 10% discount. Every 7 days you enjoy a 10% discount, and a 20% for the month. Close to the beach (5min by car); Quiet neighboorhood. Target, Wallmart, Aldi, Winn-Dixie and Publix grocery stores are close by. Big front patio is available as well.

The house is located sw 10th Street and east of US1 (Federal Hiway). It is a very lovely room for one or two people, sunny, quite and close to the beach. The bathroom is just outside the room; it is shared, if I had another guest . My wife and I live on the other side of the house which is divided from the rest of the house, so you can enjoy your privacy.

Your entrance is different than ours. You can use the front patio freely. Naturally you can park in the driveway.
