It is a beautiful new and cozy apartment improved in total with very good qualities in a 16th century mansion. It is suitable for two or three people. It includes an entrance hall, full-equipped kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom, a bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also an additional extra bed, and in case of four guests, there is a sofa chaise lounge like a sofa bed in the livingroom

WIFI. Two BICYCLES to ride arround Sevilla. Satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating, hot water by solar panels, DVD, double glazed windows, anti impact, thermal and acoustic laminated floors and ceilings. Original wooden ceilins are kept....The guest is only responsible for the use of the bicycle and its acts, and must abide by the rules of traffic. The guest is obliged to correctly secure the bicycle with the padlock and have them in sight. In case of loss or theft of the bicycle, it must be paid immediately for its purchase value. The bicycles are in perfect condition and functioning, if you detect any anomaly do not use the bicycle. The use of the bicycle implies the acceptance of these conditions

This apartment is suitable for 3 people, but it has the possibility of using the couch (Chaisse lounge) as an extra bed
