Lovely home in well-established neighborhood located in the heart of Niceville. Location is convenient to Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field as well as Walmart, Beale's, Publix and many restaurants. Just 10 miles from the beautiful Destin beaches and 4 miles from White Point Beach!
*NOTE: There is a no pets policy because the host is allergic and their elderly, hypoallergenic dog loves people but not other animals. Many places nearby to board pets.

We live in the home, but have separate quarters at the other end of the house, affording our guests privacy. Guests will have access to their own bathroom, living, and dining areas; and we will share the kitchen.
Specialty coffee and a continental breakfast served daily!
Each guest room is beautifully decorated and includes a queen bed, TV, wifi, as well as many added touches to make your stay extra special.

Reservation is for 1 private, locking room. Free parking on-site. Shared living spaces include kitchen, dining/living room, laundry, 1 full bath, as well as the large yard and patio.

1. Smoking allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. Smoking area is located on the back patio. Please dispose of discarded cigarettes in the designated crock.
2. NO PETS. We have a no pets policy for two reasons: I am allergic, and I have a small, elderly (hypoallergenic) dog that loves people but not other animals. There are many places in the area that boards pets.
Notes about Bo: Our sweet, cuddly Shih Tzu is hypoallergenic, non-shedding and not a barker. He will be kept mainly in our areas, but is happy to greet you and accept any love you would like to bestow upon him. He likes to join guests on the patio for a pet and a snuggle.
PLEASE DO NOT FEED HIM anything except his own treats (located on the kitchen counter.) He has a very sensitive tummy.
DO NOT LET HIM IN through your patio door. If our area is closed, he will be blocked from his food, water and potty door.
3. Quiet time is 10:00 pm until 10:00 am.

Niceville is a quaint little town on the outskirts of Destin, Florida. Our home is across the street from the Rocky Bayou (so yes, a sliver of water view), is next door to Fred Gannon State Park (great place for canoeing, kayaking, picnics and hiking. Home is just 4 miles from White Point Beach and Starbucks is just around the corner (however wonderful, imported coffee is served in our kitchen).
