We have a newly furnished apartment on the East side of Providence. This unit features brand new furniture, high end Nectar mattresses, laundry, and expansive roof deck. It can comfortably sleep 4 and room for up to 6. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.

It has two sizable bedrooms each with high end mattresses from Nectar. There are gleaming new Brazilian cherry hardwood floors accented with brand new area rugs. Relax on the spacious 2nd floor roof deck with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Please note: this unit is on the third floor so you will need to be comfortable climbing a flight of stairs.

This furnished apartment is nestled in a residential neighborhood full of quiet professionals and families, and close to numerous restaurants and shops. 7 Stars coffee shop is right up the street, Lippit Park is a few blocks away, as is 3 Sisters restaurant for ice cream. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby - our favorites are Rasoi (Indian), Chez Pascal, and Ivy Tavern.
