House is specially designed for an artist. No direct light and all the lights are shaded. Good air circulation because of the void spaces. Air conditioning or Fans not necessary though available. High concentration of oxygen with full of trees including avocado, papaya, guava and king coconut etc etc are around. Deep well with excellent drinking water. Waste water goes right round the garden absorbed by earth because of the different contour. Almost mosquito free environment.
