this is a house share situation in a semi~rural setting {the Main Highway runs past our property} it has 2 double bedrooms available with a separate lounge for house guests...the kitchen, bathroom & laundry facilities are all on a share basis, so this is a consideration...the separate lounge has a fridge, microwave & mini oven... other facility can be provided if needed, or, use of the kitchen, or, better still, meals can be provided for at extra charge, as can a laundry service
