Quiet and Cozy KING bedroom studio, dining, full bath, full kitchen! VERY close to the West Wall lift @ the Crested Butte Ski Area. Condo is nearly at the base of Mt Crested Butte! 24 hour self check-in. A 2 minute walk to the lifts at Mt CB base or catch a free ride at the conveniently located bus stop outside your doorstep that drops you at the main village. Super ideal for mountain enthusiasts - feet from the public bike path to town. Hot tub! No furry friends, unfortunately.

The studio condo layout features a movable divider wall that separates the bedroom from the main condo. Technically, its a studio because the sleeping privacy isn't necessarily 'private' from the living room and dining areas.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the West Wall lift at CBMR!! Nearly ski-in, ski-out!!

No mountain bikes in the condo! Please bring a lock for the bike rack or keep them in your vehicle.

The local free bus stop is located at our parking lot. It's incredibly convenient to leave your car in the lot and not move it until you leave. This bus will drop you off at the base.

Locking ski holding area (Ski Locker) is located just outside the main condo door. Please use this closet for wet and icy gear. Super safe!

No Air Conditioning! As like most Colorado mountain homes, AC is a rare amenity that does not exist in our building. We have very large door/windows and a box fan plus stand-up fan that cools the space down in no time.

Infants and children: although we are child friendly, we do not have child-proof locks on cabinets, safety electric plug fittings, and hard corners on furniture exist (to name a few but no limited to). Please be careful with your kiddos!! Please look at our 70+ pictures before booking and ask questions if you are not sure. Newly purchased Pack N'Play in our closet!

This condo is located on ground main floor with public access. Full coverage drapes inside our unit provide privacy. Please be aware that neighbors and others might be seen walking on the gravel next to the patio. The gravel area outside the sliding doors is a public area. Please see all pictures and contact us with questions regarding access. Sliding glass doors offers a double lock for safety.

More: the condo building houses 24 total units. There are neighbors on each side along with above. The condo is situated looking towards Gothic Road. Typical traffic, buses, and overall busyness could be heard with window doors open. Basically, standard living noises will be heard. It's a condo building.

STRICT HOT TUB HOURS - CLOSES AT 10PM. If you are caught in the hot tub, there's a good chance that I will be fined from my HOA. This means that I will pass the fine on to you. Also, local law enforcement might be called on you!! Fines imposed could be $250 or more!

Our condo is VERY close to the lifts at Crested Butte Ski Area (2 minute walk). Restaurants are within walking distance from the Mountain Edge.
Locally, Treasury Liquors and The Store (just up the hill, across from the resort) sells snack, booze, life needs and is less than 10 minute walk (0.4 miles). We also have Clark's Grocery in Crested Butte town for all your food and basic needs. In the same plaza, Acme Liquors is convenient for other essentials. Elk Avenue in the town of CB is home to most of the restaurants, shops and tourist center. The Mountain Express Bus stop located right outside our condo complex makes commuting around the area easy and FREE -- please refer to bus schedule online for times, as they vary seasonally.

We live and work in the area and are available to help as much as needed. We often hike, ski and visit breweries which means limited cell phone range could mean instant response might be delayed. Please familiarize yourself with backup key locations upon check-in ;) Also, the House Manual on the App is there for additional reference.
WARNING: front main condo entrance door is self locking as is entry from hot tub area. PLEASE do not lock yourself out. Availability for me to let you back in can be extremely limited.
Cell reception is spotty when we are outside playing in our backyard. Answering questions related to your trip here, booking details, etc could be limited or delayed. Please be patient!
