Private outdoor courtyard w/ mature native trees. Free designated parking just steps from the entrance. Close to Cottesloe Beach and a short walk to Perth's premier high end shopping and dining district, the Claremont Quarter. Featuring an incredibly comfortable bed and a filtered rain shower, this is the perfect romantic escape!

Completely renovated and redesigned in 2015 (w/ newly added 2021 lighting updates), this stylish studio apartment is in an enviable location. You're just minutes from the beach, Cottesloe village and the popular retail center of the Claremont Quarter, with multiple public transport options just steps away.
Decorated in dark, warm tones, it's a private and intimate escape containing everything you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
***The studio is now connected to the NBN, offering Australia's fastest and most reliable WiFi internet speed.***
- custom designed kitchen featuring full sized European appliances, including a Miele oven and cooktop, built in Aasko dishwasher, Aasko washing machine, Liebherr fridge and freezer.
- outdoor private courtyard tiled with Italian slate, featuring a dining area with table and seating for eight, a gas BBQ, framed by new native/succulent landscaping and mature native trees surrounding the studio. It's a lovely spot to enjoy at any time of day, with vibrant birdlife active throughout the gardens.
- the living area has a large flat screen smart TV, wireless BOSE iPhone/iPod player and a very well stocked library of novels and cookbooks.
- Incredibly comfortable Queen bed, high thread count bed linens and black out blinds and curtains ensure a great night's sleep.
- The bathroom is floor to ceiling dark Italian slate, featuring a large rain shower with great water pressure. Quality bath products and grooming essentials are provided.
The pantry has a good selection of herbs, spices and additional supplies so you can cook for yourself without having to buy more than your main ingredients.
We provide a comprehensive guidebook to guests when you arrive in the studio, featuring information about all of our favorite places to eat, drink (including the best coffee spots in the area), shop and any other attractions worthwhile exploring. There is also a folder, updated regularly, with menus from the restaurants and cafes we recommend, to help you plan the perfect experience in Cottesloe and beyond.

You have complete access to the studio and outdoor private deck and the private parking space allotted to you - it's directly opposite the studio, just steps to the entrance. There's an Aasko washing machine in the kitchen and a clothes rack to dry clothes inside the studio. There is also a communal laundry on the premises (the entry code is provided in your guest guide) which has a commercial sized dryer, and shared outdoor drying lines next to the laundry.

Cottesloe is Perth's favorite beach suburb and the only one accessible by train. Some of Perth's best food, bars and coffee and long stretches of perfect, white sandy beaches are here and you're located right in the heart of it! The beach is a two minute drive or 15-20 minute walk from the studio. And the Swan River, Cottesloe main street (many shops and lovely cafes) and the vibrant Claremont Quarter are all all less than a 10 minute walk from the studio.
