Modern, newly built house is right in Boone, but nestled on a beautiful ridge to provide the privacy and desired mountain escape. The home is less than 5-10 minutes to downtown Boone and 321 amenities and ASU, 15 to Blowing Rock, 10 to Foscoe and about 25 to Banner Elk and all the many outdoor activities, dining and shopping offered. This spacious two bedroom basement suite is complete with two full bathrooms is the perfect place for your mountain getaway! **4wd or awd required in the winter!!!

Brand new construction house just finished this summer! The space Is in the bottom level of the house that offers ample natural light and two very spacious bedroom suites, each with a full bathroom. The main living space offers an open concept living area with a full kitchen, providing everything needed to cook in or prepare a breakfast, Keurig machine and tea kettle, modern stained concrete floors with area rugs to keep your toes warm in the winter as well as central HVAC and a gas fireplace to keep it cozy! There is a quaint patio to sit out in the morning to enjoy your coffee or enjoy a cocktail in the evenings. Winter views offer mountain range views and breathtaking sunrises! Manager lives next door and usually available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay!
We provide coffee and tea and a snack for guests, towels, linens, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guests. We offer Wifi and Roku (smart TV application) to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, etc. There is no cable TV.
The house does have stairs down to the entrance of the house, however, well lit. Please keep that in mind for guests that may have disabilities or difficulty climbing stairs.
NO PETS, SMOKING, PARTIES/KEGS, AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED.
****IMPORTANT*** All wheel drive or 4x4 is required and strongly encouraged/necessary when it snows or willing to walk up the driveway to the house. The house has a steeper driveway and gravel drive that offers challenges in the winter. Please be mindful of this when inclement weather is forecasted. With big snows, we often park at the bottom of the road and walk up (about a 1/4 mile walk).
