We are offering our guesthouse for our home and it is set on 20 acres of rolling hills. This is a farm-like setting with free-range chickens, barn cats, and couple of dogs. This unique property offers a country feel while being close to the Twin Cities. You will have about 800 sq. ft. to relax in or sit out by a campfire, enjoy a walking trail, or rest in a hammock. All this is a 10 minutes drive from Cabela's, the Outlet Mall in Albertville, and Hillside mountain bike trails in Elk River.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautifully decorated guesthouse that features a full kitchen, full bath, living room/dining room, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two complete bunk beds with 4 single beds. Our home will easily sleep 6 adults if 2 don't mind climbing a ladder to get in bed. There is a TV for movies and WIFI.
The kitchen is supplied with pots/pans, plates, glasses, silverware, a coffee maker, some basic spices, etc. There is a gas range/oven, microwave oven, blender, frig/freezer, and dishwasher. For anyone staying longer than 3 days, there is a washer/dryer available in the guesthouse.

The Guesthouse is a wonderful escape to the country with being so close to the cities. We enjoy space, peace, and tranquility. Otsego is a developing community with so much to offer. There are lovely parks and super easy access to the freeway to get yourself around.

We live in the main house so you have all your own space in the guest house. We are raising our kids here so if you are after a party atmosphere this is not the place for you. We are around quite a bit if you need something and there will be times that our kids will be running around. You will have a full kitchen, full bath, bedroom 1 with a queen bed, and bedroom 2 with 2 custom bunk beds. You will have access to your own washer/dryer(if you stay more than 3 days). The rest of the property is a shared space.
