A very nice upstairs apartment in a downtown Waynoka building. It is just across the street from the popular German Restaurant “Cafe Bahnhof.” The downtown area also has sand dune access. Central Heat and Air. Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living area. Also has an attached garage and washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen and full bed. Second bedroom a queen bed.
