Dress Circle is a fantastic two-bedroom apartment that sits on the fourth floor with lift access. Its prime position and impressive balcony looks over the Devonshire Park tennis centre with Downland views in the background.
You are located in just a short walk to the nearest beach, town centre and a multitude of delicious restaurants and cafes.
This property also has the added bonus of being dog friendly (a small-to-medium sized, neutered, adult dog considered, please discuss).

The apartment itself is spacious throughout, the living area has plenty of seating options and boasts a large Smart TV, a DAB digital radio, a Bluetooth speaker and a PlayStation 3 for the kids to enjoy.
Doors from the lounge open on to a private balcony, where you can set up a small table and chairs and watch the world go by.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and built in wardrobe space, the second bedroom is a twin room with a fold out chair bed. Both rooms enjoy blackout blinds for a great night's rest.
The family bathroom has underfloor heating and a bath with shower over. Towels and linen will be provided for your stay and a second set will be supplied for stays longer than a week.
There is a large kitchen/dining area that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, kettle and all the utensils and cutlery you will need.

We are a husband and wife team, Carl and Sarah Stanger. We live locally and are available for you seven days a week - in person, on the phone of via email. Carl’s background is in marketing, much of it international, which helped feed his love of travel – nicely topping up two separate global backpacking years. Experiencing a diverse mix of swanky but often soulless business class hotels and friendly but basic hostels shapes an opinion of what travellers need and want (and, as importantly, don’t). Sarah enjoyed a career in public relations prior to roles as mother, director for Exclusively Holiday Homes and chief family organiser. A shift away from London has many advantages for a young family who love fresh air, the outdoor life and a beach at the end of the road!
