Each studio has an en-suite bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, refrigerator, table and a kitchenette. No cooking at the moment but has a microwave for reheating food you may bring back to the room. This micro studio is located on the 2nd floor for those who don't like lots of stairs.

Saphan Taksin BTS station is just a 10 minute walk down Bangkok's oldest road, Charoen Krung. Also at Saphan Taksin (Taksin Bridge) you will find the Sathorn Pier. Hop the Chaopraya express boat for 15 baht per person and cruise up the river to Wat Arun, Wat Pho or the Grand Palace.
Just past Saphan Taksin you will find Robinson Shopping center and in the evening, enjoy Bang Rak's Food carnival. A combination of food trailers, food court, shop house restaurants and more!

Greetings from Baan 192. My name is Frank and I will be your host. I was born in Korea, raised in NY and have been living in Bangkok for 15 years. I try and meet and greet as many guests when I can but if I am unable to , we have a simple self check-in system. You can always message me anytime throughout your stay in Thailand, not just Bangkok. I am usually up by 7:00am and in bed around 10pm. I have another Airbnb property (BZ27) and spend my time between the two buildings. I have remained a super host at BZ27 for almost 3 years now and we have just completed our 1st year as super host at Baan 192. Frank

We offer self check-in for all guests but I am easily reached and respond quickly. My office is also on the 1st floor of Baan 192, so you can pop in anytime I am in if you need help or have questions.
