Above garage apartment. We are about 8 or ten miles from where the World Record Non-Typical White Tail buck was taken. Guests have use of our front porch, which has a view of the longest curved Trussell bridge on the Canadian Pacific RR. Porch also has a grill. Summer time: Pool and Patio available. Fall: Fire Pit for an evening fire. Woods to explore. Ask about additional rooms, if needed, in main house. Our sun-room is a common room with treadmill and Bowflex

Our sun room is shared access with a tread-mill and Bowflex. The pool is also shared access. Most of the time you will have the pool to yourselves - but that is not guaranteed. Our front porch is available for your use. It also has a gas grill.

A BALLANCED LIST OF PROS AND CONS: I likely stated this elsewhere on the page - please note: the pool is 4' deep over all. It is the reason why we have misgivings about young children staying. We like kids. We like them staying safe.
FYI in light of recent events: For your safety and ours, in addition to the Air BnB protocol of cleaning during this CoVid 19 pandemic - we are pleased to disclose that use an industrial/hospital grade Ozone Generating device to destroy air borne pathogens after each guest's use of the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE ALSO: we are 8 to 10 miles out on gravel from the nearest pavement. (Depending on which direction you go.) This might be an issue for you if you come during the winter. United States Cellular works here. Verizon not so much.

Worth the drive on gravel to get here. We feel you should know that US Cellular works well at our location. However, Verizon is somewhat weaker. Other carriers might not work at all. This could be a deal breaker for some. If you use your cell phone for GPS navigation - plan accordingly. When you book I will send you a custom map as well.
