The studio has a king-size bed with brand new hotel quality linen, 4 pillows, desk, and closet. AC for your convenience. One child can stay free of charge sharing bed with the parents, note that extra linen will not be provided. The TV is large and has international channels.
The balcony is breezy and can be used for al fresco dining.
A fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and dishware for 2 make it a perfect holiday home, a very convenient apartment.
The bathroom is large and has a walk-in shower, we provide 2 full sets of high-quality hotel-style towels, each set is a face towel, a hand towel, a shower towel, and a pool towel.
The WiFi is provided by the building, is shared and might not be reliable for working or streaming.
You will find an air-conditioned fitness center, with high-tech exercise machines, the infinity pool, that is big enough to do pool laps. There is a coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers.
The condo is set on the hillside of Patong, a motorbike can be arranged in advance for your convenience. Walking to the main road takes about 5 minutes. Bangla road, Banzaan market, and Junceylon shopping mall are an 8-minute drive (or less on a motorbike)
The Emerald Terrace Patong Resort provides 24H security, CCTV cameras, and smoke alarm systems. There are outdoor parking spaces and our staff can easily arrange motorbike or car rentals, as well as provide information or special services such as laundry, transport, tickets, and tours.
Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave. Cleaning during the stay is not included in the price, cleaning will be charged 600 baht if required, this includes change of all towels and linen. Please book your cleaning 24 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
