One of the best year-round locations in Wintergreen Resort. Located in a true ski in/ski out building, Timbers 248 is a 2nd floor studio condo with a private balcony. It's only 50 steps from the building entry to the top of the slopes and the main village with the Mountain Lodge, restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and outdoor activities. The unit is pet-friendly. There is a private ski locker, as well as a communal laundry room and ice machine. There is free parking and a drop-off circle.

The condo is flooded with natural daylight and there is a private balcony overlooking a tree filled vista. The unit is located on the quieter side of the building, and the balcony is a perfect place for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning and a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. The unit has a well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and an island for meals, as well as a dining table for two. There is an electric fireplace to take the chill off after a day in the mountains. Cable and wi-fi are provided. Keyless entry.
Pet-friendly unit; however, due to small size of unit, only one small pet is permitted.
The Blue Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Trail are a mile from the Resort gate. Numerous breweries and wineries are located nearby, as well as orchards, antique shops and a distillery.
The condo was renovated in 2017 and freshly updated in October 2019, when the new owners purchased the unit.
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am; however, if possible, we can be flexible with times.
The unit is non-smoking. One small pet is allowed.
Upon check out, please take all trash to the dumpster in the drop off circle and cut everything off, including the ac/heating unit.

My husband and I just purchased this lovely property in October 2019. We both were born in Charlottesville, VA and attended UVA. Wintergreen Resort is a beautiful location and a great home base to explore both the valley and the mountains.

Owner is not on-site but can be reached via email. Resort Services is on-site to handle any emergency maintenance issues.
