The entire villa is located in a traffic-free area, surrounded by greenery, and the center of Merano can be reached in about 10 minutes with a walk through tree-lined avenues and beautiful villas.
Astrid and Umberto, passionate about mountains and travel, are ready with their family to welcome you giving you all the information and support you want.
The owner, a well-known South Tyrolean musician, president of an association for development cooperation and a historical cooperative, a social figure of the year 2018 selected by RAI Bolzano, for the program "Jahresrückblick" has participated in many events in South Tyrol and abroad and has helped to write a guide to Merano that you will find at home.
Parking, cleaning, 2 bicycles, ski storage, includd in the price. Tourist tax not included. All services are nearby.

the price does not include the tax requested by the Tourist Office of Merano of € 1.15 per person per night, which will be increased to € 1.35 from January 2020. the host will cash in at the arrival of guests and will issue a regular receipt.
For each stay the Carrescia Family will donate € 10 to their association for development cooperation Circle, of which Umberto is president, to support projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, India, Ecuador and Brazil.
