We suggest exploring by foot as we are within walking distance to great restaurants and shops, but suggest Uber or Lyft for those who want a quick ride!
To truly enjoy your vacation experience, please follow some of these important rules.
We are a pet free property.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There will be a $250 fine for smoking within ten feet of the property. We have smoke detectors in the unit that alert us if a guest is smoking inside the unit.
Please be kind and courteous when it comes to loud noise. Loud or disruptive behavior could jeopardize the experience of your neighbors and could result in a $500 fee.
While we want you, your family, and your friends to enjoy this vacation rental, this is not a place to host a party. Large groups, loud noises, and other disturbances are not allowed.
Each home has a specific occupancy rate. The maximum number of people that can stay in a one-bedroom is 2, in a two-bedroom is 4, and in a three-bedroom is 6. Over occupancy is a serious issue and could result in the cancellation of your booking. Under host’s approval an additional 2 guests can be included at a rate of $50 per additional guest per day and an air mattress can be provided.
We take great pride in the cleanliness of our rentals. Please be careful about tracking dirt and mud through the home, and put food away to prevent bugs and pests from sneaking in.
The home is fully equipped with updated appliances for your convenience. If an appliance is not working correctly, please contact your host right away. While there will be no refund for this type of inconvenience, You can rest assured that we will work to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Our houses are consistently updated and well-maintained, so the chances of having a problem with the appliances are minimal.
We understand that accidents happen. If an item is damaged or stained during your stay, please report it right away. If a damaged item is found after you depart and has not been reported, you will be held responsible.
Adhering to our check-in and checkout policies is fundamental in a smooth reservation process. If you check in the same day you make a reservation, the host will require a photo ID at check-in. Checkout is at 11 am. If you check out later than that, you will be charged a $50 late checkout fee.
While we do not expect you to clean towels or linens upon departure, we do ask that you leave the house in an organized and acceptable state.
Our Standards & Expectations require that all guests are required to provide notice of and obtain consent for any secured weapons prior to booking, and should use the messaging feature to do so.
If prior notice of a secured weapon is not provided, the host may cancel the reservation with no refunds.
Note: All weapons present in a listing must be secured regardless of whether they’ve been disclosed. People who violate this expectation may be suspended or removed from the site.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
