The apartment is situated in the Breakers Resort which has direct access to the beach as well as having world class pool facilities such as a lap pool and a kiddies pool with a slide. The trendy Umhlanga Village is only 1km and is easily accessible via Uber or walking. The resort is a short distance away from Gateway Shopping Mall, one of the biggest malls in Africa host to a wide range of high street fashion shops. Umhlanga is a beatiful and one of the safest upper market areas in Durban. There is 4km promenade along the beach if you enjoy walking, running or cycling.
