Lovely 2 bedroom spacious suite on the lower level (private entrance) of an Elegant Home on a golf course. Come enjoy the amenities only found in luxury living. The suite showcases a private pool and tennis court (rackets and balls provided). The common area next to the property offers basketball courts and the small lake across the street is perfect for canoeing (life vests and canoe provied). Corn hole for use when you want . This suite is sure to satisfy your desire to ‘get away from it all’!

Relax in front of the TV (Netflix, Prime included) or walk out to enjoy the patio for a relaxing view of the mountains and beautifully landscaped golf course which is open to the public . Two beautiful bedrooms with queen size beds give our guests the comfort of home along with a kitchen and eating area. One of the queen beds shares the space with the living area, as you can see from the pictures, but a privacy screen is provided . There is a relaxing electric fireplace for extra ambience. Extra care is taken to clean and sanitize between each guest . Host provides coffee, tea, hot cocoa, juice, oatmeal, cereal, half and half, milk, fruit and homemade muffins/scones or banana bread!

Guest can enjoy private time at the pool and tennis court. Home owners have use of the pool no more than 1-2 hours agreed upon beforehand and use of the tennis/ basketball court (rackets, balls and basketballs provided) with guest having priority. There is a bbq grill and fire pit available for cooking and s’mores! Wood, grilling tools and cooking sticks provided. Guest have access to the lake across the street (including use of canoe, paddle and life jackets) and common area next to home that has a basketball court, swings and large stream. There is a patio with table, chairs and umbrella for guest use only.

Thank you for respecting the rule that I have a firm 4 person cap on the apartment . Please do not show up with extra guests as you might be asked to leave with no refund. The pool is usually closed from the beginning of October until April .
