This luxury studio apartment on the 1st floor of a stunning Regency Town House is just 250m from the beach, overlooking stunning gardens. With original features: high ceilings, large windows, fireplace and recently refurbished, the studio has a king size bed, comfy sofa bed (perfect for 1 guest), dining table, shower room & a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker. Close to everything the city has to offer including cafes, bars, restaurants & shopping, it's the perfect seaside stay.

This super stylish apartment is located on the first floor of Regency Terraced Town House on the stunning Brunswick Square, the most impressive and beautiful Square in the city.
Fresh linen, plenty of big towels, guest toiletries, tea and coffee are provided for all guests to make your stay as smooth as possible.
The studio apartment is large & spacious with contemporary styling including a beautiful velvet king size bed which is made up with luxury hotel-style linen, a comfy sofa bed - which is perfect for an extra guest to sleep on - and a dining table for 2.
Off the studio room you'll find a separate kitchen with built in appliances; microwave, fridge (with small built in freezer), slimline dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven & a Nespresso coffee machine plus everything you'll need to cook a delicious brunch or dinner for your partner. There is also plenty of complimentary tea & coffee, salt & pepper and cooking oil - please help yourself!
Down the hallway is the modern bathroom which has a large walk in shower. Lovely white fluffy towels and complementary toiletries for all guests are provided.
Brunswick Square is set around beautiful gardens and just moments from the beach. It's close by the very best cafes and restaurants the city has to offer and with the most stunning Regency architecture, it's the perfect base for a short or long stay in Brighton.
