Modern, comfortable, cosy 3 bedroom house with ocean views located on the beautiful and historic Tasman Peninsula. 8 min walk to pristine White Beach, true to its name. Great for a morning or afternoon stroll. Enjoy all that the Tasman Peninsula has to offer with short drives to National Park hikes, Port Arthur (15min drive), Tasmanian Devil Unzoo, lavender farm, farmgate stall and stunning beaches. After exploring the many attractions, relax on your deck and enjoy the stunning sunset.

This holiday 'home away from home' is fully equipped with an open plan living area, modern kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, gas heating, ensuite bathroom and laundry. The house is situated on a quiet 'no through road'. It accommodates 5 people and is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and families. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided. TV and DVD player. Phone reception good. Please note there are stairs at the front and rear of the house.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

Just prior to your stay you will be sent a code to access the property. This will let you into the key box which is located on the front balcony , left to the entrance door, above the outdoor setting.

It is advisable to buy groceries and petrol in Sorell on your way through. Whilst there are shops in Nubeena they do not have extended hrs.
I have a smart tv ( with access to Netflix using your own data )
Tea, coffee, milk, oil, salt pepper, glad wrap, foil, toilet paper are provided.

The house is located in beautiful White Beach which is perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing. It is a 5 minute drive to the nearby township of Nubeena. Nubeena has 2 local supermarkets, RSL club, pharmacy, post office, cafe/bakery and bank. Local grocery stores close around 6pm. There is a farmgate stall 5 min away, combined with a fish and chip/coffee van and a local artist gallery shop. Other local attractions are McHenry's Distillery, Lavender Farm, Remarkable Cave, Crescent Bay walk, Federation Chocolate Factory and Tasmanian Devil Unzoo.
A booklet is provided in the house with more information about local and Peninsula attractions and restaurants etc.
