The house is modern and newly built. It is unique in the sense that three of the four bedrooms as well as the kitchen and living areas are sea facing. The sea can also be seen from the fourth bedroom, witch is a family room adjacent to the garage.

There are no stairs or steps inside the house. To gain access to the house, there is however a staircase which leads to the entrance.
