The home has 3 queen size beds, along with 3 single size fold-out cots that can be set up in any area within the house. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided with your rental, along with basic necessities (hand soap, shower gel, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. for cooking and serving meals at the house. The living room features a Smart TV, which can stream shows and movies via most major apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, HBO Go, etc.), and the house is equipped with high speed WiFi throughout. The one-car garage is available for you to store your vehicle and/or gear, with additional parking available for up to 2 more cars in the driveway.

Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home, attached garage, patio, and driveway (with the exception of a few locked supply cabinets.) Guests have access to the community trail that leads directly to the Gallatin River - altogether, it is about a 10 minute walk from the front of the home to the river bank.
