-NO LOUD NOISE, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO SHOES ON, & CLEANUP AFTER YOURSELF.
-luggage hold is now offered for $20 upon early arrival and $20 for late check out and is based on availability. $40 for early check in and $40 late check out also based on availability. Please let us know when you book what accommodations you will need. -please keep your Airbnb stay discreet. Building managers and tenants can’t help you so please direct any questions or comments toward me. -please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. My neighbors are extremely sensitive to noise and they will alert security if they hear any sound coming out of the unit during these hours! -please do your best to not stain towels or linens. If stains are left and can not be removed in a regular wash, you may be prompted with an extra charge to replace the items. -park at your own discretion! The building garage allows you to park in unreserved spots for upwards of $30 per day and incurs additional charges for in and out privileges. I can’t guarantee availability or prices! -please be sure to have the Airbnb app downloaded and functioning. We need to communicate through the messaging feature of the app. -if you are bringing a pet, please let me know the breed and size of the dog. We reserve the right to refuse certain pets or send an extra charge. We love being able to accommodate your furry friend if you can ensure your pet will not cause significant wear and tear or uncleanliness in the unit. Please don’t be the reason we start refusing pets! -we charge a cleaning fee for normal use of the unit. We ask that you please be respectful of the space and make an effort to as tidy as you found it. If the unit is extremely messy, stained or damages left after your stay, we will be requesting extra fee to make up for extra cleaning time. -communication is essential to the experience of our guests and future guests. If there is something that doesn’t work, is missing or isn’t up to your standards in any way, please let us know as soon as you notice it so that we can make things right for you. We want to make sure your experience in our home is a comfortable one!
