Large and fully equipped room on the first floor of a typical Belgian guest-house designed to receive leisure and business travellers. The house is ideally located in the historical neighbourhood of Saint-Gilles, 300m from the South-Station (6min to center & 15min direct to airport)
In the room you will find a large closet, Netflix TV and an office to work. The house shares a large kitchen & 3 bathrooms for its guests. Towels, soap included.

The house has been designed to exclusively receive guests looking for a quiet, comfortable and seamless place to stay in Brussels.
Located on the first floor, the room feels very spacious thanks to its traditional 3m high ceilings. During the day, it is filled by natural light and has a beautiful light game at night. The room is fully private and can be closed (secure lock).
The house shares 3 bathrooms (7 guest-rooms) with one at each floor. Only one other guest-room on the same floor. Bathrooms are kept clean daily
If you arrive late, you can check-in by yourself at anytime (24h/24h - there is a small lock box with the keys)

On top of all the amenities in your bedroom (big closet, Netflix, TV, office, seating area), you will find on the lowest level of the house a brand new kitchen with multiple stoves at your full disposal to cook delicious meals and store food in one of the two fridges.
There is a parking inside the building for guests use (upon fee & availability) and luggage room (free of use - available upon request)
