Cosy and equipped room on the third floor of a typical Belgian guest-house designed to receive leisure and business travellers. The house is ideally located in the historical neighbourhood of Saint-Gilles, 300m from the South-Station (6min to center & 15min direct to airport)
In the room you will find a hanger, Netflix TV and an office to work. The house shares a large kitchen & 3 bathrooms for its guests. Towels, shampoo included

The house has been designed to exclusively receive guests looking for a quiet, comfortable and seamless place to stay in Brussels.
Located on the third floor, the room feels very homie thanks to its warm atmosphere and furnitures. At dusk, you can admire the sunset spectacle through the roof window. During the Set on the third floor, it is a haven of peace and one of the quietest rooms in the house, for that, three floors will have to be climbed by the stairs. The room is fully private and can be closed (secure lock).
The house shares 3 bathrooms (7 guest-rooms) with one at each floor. Bathroom on the same floor (1m from the room). Bathrooms are kept clean daily
If you arrive late, you can check-in by yourself at anytime (24h/24h - there is a small lock box with the keys)

Guests will have access to a common area that has a brand new big kitchen. The kitchen has 2 separate stoves, two fridges for common use. The use of the washing machine / drier is allowed for a little fee (just message me). It is possible to leave your luggage before the check-in time or after the check-out time in our house. We have a storage room so that you don't need to carry your luggages during your arrival/departure day Covered parking is possible *inside* of the building at a fee of an extra 10€/day. No station wagon possible.
