M Town Residences & Apartment is very nice place for shopping, playing golf or doing business around Tangerang area. It is located 5 minutes on foot to Summarecon Mall Serpong. Very strategic locations in the center of Gading Serpong and easy access to Jakarta via toll road.
This units is Newly Furnished Studio Apartment. Located across Summarecon Mall Serpong. Full kitchen set and basic utensil (plates, bowls, cups, spoons & forks).

You can use all the facilities in apartments ; olympic size swimming pool, lounge, kids pool, kids playground, jogging track, and fitness outdoor. Mini market and laundry services is only beside the apartments.
Soekarno Hatta Airport (CGK) is only 30-45minutes away.
Summarecon Mall Serpong, Bethsaida Hospital, Carolus Hospital, UMN University, Pahoa School, Al Azhar School, Modern Market Sinpasa is only in radius 1-5km.
You can use Taxi / Grabcar / Gocar to everywhere you want to go.
There are lots if restaurant around the area and a big mall within walking distance.

Please contact me once you landed in Jakarta / Tangerang. If there is any delay of flight, please notify me before you take off.
Check in time is after 2pm and max check in time is 8pm. Get connected to free airport wifi and text me when you touched down safely!

- Check out : Please drop me a text 2 hour in advance, so that i can arrange cleaners to do cleaning for the apartment. This will help the next guest to check in earlier.
Switch off all lights and aircons, throw all trash before you check out. Your cooperation is much appreciated :)
