For the safety and comfort of all our guests, Zencity is following CDC guidance to ensure every guest has a clean place to stay. Including: thoroughly disinfecting each suite between stays including counter tops, door knobs, faucets, light switches, among others; stocking-up on extra supplies such as soaps and cleaning products in case you need it (yes, including toilet paper); and minimizing in-person contact with our guests whenever possible by using smart tools like our digital check-in process.
Given the rapidly changing public health policy and community public health response, certain listing amenities may not be available during your stay (e.g., gym, pool, roof decks, etc). Please reach out to our team for the latest information regarding your stay!
All of our homes include heating and air conditioning – but the type of heating and AC method can vary based on the season and building. In some locations there may be a window AC unit or radiator in select rooms only (e.g., not in every room of the listing). Also please note: during transitional months AC may have limited availability due to building heating & cooling systems.
For stays longer than 28 days, we may require you to sign a rental agreement before check-in to remain in full compliance with local ordinances and rules. Please reach out to our team to confirm if this applies to your stay.
We are not responsible for mail and packages if they are unable to be delivered. But will try to facilitate mail and packages as much as possible!
