LAIBIZA is an unmistakably stylish house where white domination and distinctive architecture take us to the Balearic island. 8 Km from the center of Tossa de Mar (6 Km from the center of Lloret de Mar). Located in the quiet residential area of Font de Sant Llorenç and is on two different floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom and two double rooms with single beds, all with access to the terrace and garden, and two bathrooms with bathtub. Upstairs there is a living room with access to the terrace and equipped with a TV and fireplace, a kitchenette with microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher; there is also a toilet and laundry room. The outdoor area consists of a swimming pool, a barbecue, a private garden, a parking space and a playground for children. Wi-Fi connection optional. Extra price for use: 50 € / week. The photos of the beach do not match the view from the house. They are from Cala Canyelles, the nearest beach of the villa. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful stretch of coast of the Costa Brava with 500m of the characteristic coarse white sandy beach Parasols and sun loungers can be rented, as well as activities such as pedalos, para sailing, water skiing and canoeing, and you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, fish and paella in the beach restaurant.
