Located between Middleburg, VA and Purcellville, VA, our space is just about 15 minutes away from restaurants, wineries, breweries and many local points of interest. We offer an efficiency loft with views from every window. Although compact, we have provided all of the amenities you will need for a pleasant stay.
We love our dogs and know you love yours too! We welcome your dogs while you visit. The only thing we ask is that you crate them if they are left alone.

Our loft is compact and fully appointed with everything you should need for a perfect visit. We offer high speed internet and a full line up of cable channels. After a long day visiting the area, we are a quiet retreat where at anytime you can observe herds of deer, red fox, heron and our "swanny" on the pond.
Your own private patio is a perfect place to cook out or just relax with that bottle of wine you picked up on your vineyard visit; or even enjoy a nice evening just sitting on the dock or casting out a rod.

You will have full access to the loft, the private attached patio and the pond. Many times we have bon fires in the large fire pit, please feel free to join us if you are around.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Loudoun County wine country. Our space is situated halfway between Purcellville and Middleburg offering many choices for restaurants, wineries, distilleries, breweries, the Appalachian Trail and other hiking, the Shenandoah River and a multitude of other outdoor activities. Or if you just want quiet time, you have access to our pond or your own private patio area with a grill and fire pit for those chilly evenings.

The loft is on our property so we will be around if you need us. You will have private access to come and go as you please. However, we love to meet new people and hope to have the opportunity to meet you!!
